David was excellent throughout the whole purchasing process. We had very specific tastes for our first home and David was excellent in providing us options across many neighbourhoods in Toronto. David always gave us an honest opinion about the location, neighbourhood, buildings and units and was always proactive in providing insights into listings – on a daily basis.
