David really puts his clients first; he spent a lot of time showing us houses and condominiums and was extremely helpful throughout the entire home buying experience. Last year we purchased our first home in Toronto and we really enjoyed working with him. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable but he was also patient as he helped us find a property that would meet our needs, location and budget. We have lived in our house for six months now and could not imagine living anywhere else. We absolutely love it and are so happy David was able to find this house for us. After this home buying process, we no longer consider David to be our real estate agent, but a new friend. We have and will continue to recommend friends and family to work with him when looking for a home in Toronto. Thanks David for all your help, don’t know what we would have done without you!
